There is not much differences between Indo-Pak and Saudi Arabian printed Quran or
Mushaf. Main differences between two type is with 'Font' used in written copy.
Other important differences are Hamza and Madd signs which you must know for getting ability to read both type.
Hamza: Saudi Arabian Quran Always represent Hamzatul 'Qat' or
'Wasl' like this ﭐ ﺄ ﺇ ﺅ ﺉ ﺋ ﺀ ﻷ ﻹ but Indo-Pak not
represent Hamza like this.
Madd: In Saudi Arabian Quran
Madd
(prolongation) are written without 'Sakin', but in Indo-Pak, 'Sakin' is always written. See below 2 images which are taken from Saudi Arabian
and Indo-Pak Quran for more clarification.
See blue marked in above image there are no 'Sakin' on ي و ا . Now see red marked in same ayah below which is taken from
Indo-Pak Quran there are 'Sakin' on ي و ا .
For more clarification on Madd representation in both type see here. If you properly understand Madd signs in both type, you can able to read both while other differences like Hamzatul Wasl, Waqf and few tajweed signs are not so hard to recognize if you know any one of the two appearances.
